Stonecraft Cabernet Sauvignon
The Stonecraft Cabernet Sauvignon is a true single site wine. Made from a small vineyard of just 17 rows, 10 of these with canopy lifting wires.
Being a late ripening variety it's usually near the last to be picked, and often gets preferetial treatment as the winery workload has eased from its peak.
These days this wine is fermented in our small 1 ton open topped fermenters and plunged by hand in the same manner as our Handplunge Shiraz. The results made the extra effort worthwhile.
